Shipping, Payment, Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing Juke Fitness Equipment.

Return Policy

To Return an item,  the item must not be damaged from customer use. Item can be returned within 30 days of purchasing date and without customer damage for a refund. Customer must bring receipt of purchased item. The customer is responsible to ship or bring back item for return. It will take 5 days to process the return order. If the customer order requires special dimensions such as the rubber flooring tiles and the company (Juke Gyms) has to manufacture the exact amount for the specific dimensions for your order the customer will not be allowed to cancel their order or return the flooring items. All sales are final on rubber flooring tiles.

Fitness Equipment Return and Refund Policy, Cancellations, Local Pickups, Restocking Policy:

If you have placed an order online, over the phone or through one of our online marketplaces and the order is for local curbside pickup you have 7 days to retrieve your order when in stock. If your order has additional items on backorder or out of stock you have the option to refund just those backorder or out of stock items. If there are items that are in stock but you choose to wait till all items are in stock to pick your entire order you do not have the option to refund the items that are currently in stock. Refunds only apply to items that have not been shipped, on backorder or out of stock. You cannot get a refund if you choose not to pick up in stock items at a later date. It is the customer’s option to wait to pickup all items until the order is filled in full. It is the customers option to not ship out their items exactly when the item come into stock. If the customer chooses to refund shipping charges and chooses for local pickup that will automatically start the day of the transaction. You have 7 days to pick up your order. There are cancellations fees and restocking fees of 25% on all orders.  We cannot accept items back during times of diseased pandemics that have been used and have your germs and sweat that can potentially harm others. You must follow these return policy rules to be credited back money or to exchange for another item.  There are no returns of any goods on holidays or national day specials, sales, backorder specials or deals. All sales during those times are final. If your order does not follow the above terms and conditions you may not receive a refund or be allowed to cancel your order. If your product is defected after customer use beyond the 30 days there is no refund but only a new product replacement. We will send out or you can choose for pickup of your new item. MASS Suit Return/Refund Policy

The Mass Suit is a high intensity training tool that has many moving parts. You must return the Mass Suit within the 5th week to get your refund. You have 30 days to test and return the MASS Suit for a refund.  To return the product for a refund you must provide the Mass Suit in its original bag and follow these instructions. The bag may not be scuffed in any areas. Must have no signs of dirt or torn parts on it. The bag has to be in its regular new condition as it was sent to you. The zipper of the bag must be in good moving condition with not rips in it. Within the bag you must show proof of purchase with your full name and purchase order number and original receipt. The Mass Suit when returned shall show no signs of it being worn for long periods of time or in any stressful conditions. It must not have any traces of sweat , body fluids or any ripping of any parts. There must not have any stitching coming apart on it. All shoulder pads must still be on its straps and all velcro on the inside and outside must still be in tacked and show no signs of ripping. All straps must have its original velcro that was placed on it by Juke Performance Inc. and must not show any signs of ripping or stitching coming out. All logos must be presentable on the suit and bag and all parts in its original art form. The hand grip should have its original name clearly legible. There must not be any rips in the hand grips. The clips should be in its regular places and be the original clips placed by Juke Performance Inc. The clips on the hand grips should not be torn in any of its areas. The elbow sleeves must have its original and a legible logo in the front. The elastic straps should not be overstretched or torn in any areas. The velcro must still be on the elastic straps with no rips in it. There must not be any holes or rips in any of the neoprene padding. The clips should still be in tacked and there should be no torn stitching. There must not show any signs of sweat stains inside the inner part of the elbow sleeve. There must not show any signs of hard hitting of the elbow sleeve against another object or surface. All elbow protective skin padding should still be in tacked around the straps. The foot booties should be in its original condition. There must not be any sweat marks or feet marks on the inside or outside of the foot booty. There must not be any signs of ripping or stitching coming out in any of the areas. The clips should be attached with no stitching coming out. They must be its original clips too. The name on the foot booty should be in its original form and legible. The elastic straps should not be overstretched and all velcro must be on the straps with no rips in it. All bands must be on its original clip that it was placed on the suit when you received the suit. The bands must not have any holes or rips in it. The bands must be the original bands with original clips. The rings and any metal parts of the Mass Suit must not show any signs of rust. There must not be any missing pieces or parts of the Mass Suit. The Mass Suit must not be discolored in any way. It must not have any odor of any kind. To get refunded on your MASS Suit you must not go into the pool or ocean or any type of liquids. There must not be any modifications or add-ons or repairs to the suit. The Mass Suit must have all of its original manufactured parts by Juke Performance Inc. You must have inside the bag when returned any gift or marketing items that were placed in there by Juke Performance Inc. If the O2 Trainer that is sold with the MASS Suit or by single order must not be opened. If plastic is taken off the O2 Trainer you will not be refunded $50.00. You must not take any of these items out of their original bags. If our cones, ladders, or hurdles are used they will not be refunded.

 

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped Monday – Friday 10:30am – 5pm. During National crisis, pandemics, or weather delays shipments may be delayed in being shipped out. If a product is on backorder there will be delayed in shipping and is up tp the company when the product will be shipped out.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. All in stock items if you choose not to ship and choose for local pickup you do not have the option or right for a refund on in stock items that you choose for a local curbside pickup at our office location. The uncertainty of our economy and manufacturing order process we cannot allow refunds. With the port and manufacturing issue because of COVID and other economic hardships all orders are final with no refunds. If there are items that are out of stock but you choose to wait till all items are in stock to pick your entire order up you do not have the option to refund the items that are currently in stock. Refunds only apply to items that have not been shipped, on backorder or out of stock. You cannot get a refund if you choose not to pick up in stock items at a later date. It is the customers option to not ship out their items exactly when the item comes into stock.
