The HNS System is a movable Head and Neck Support System when used in conjunction with a foam roller. One of many advantages to using the HNS System is its ability to perform additional exercises. It is constructed to fit most body types, from petite to 3XL and up to 300 pounds maximum. The HNS by itself is 18 inches long and at its widest point, constructed out of lightweight round metal tubing that weighs just 6.8 pounds. The headrest is made out comfortable canvas. It is durable, machine washable and connects into the proper position with Velcro. The four large casters allow for use in any direction, any angle and on most surfaces, making the transition from one position to another seamless. At its tallest point, the HNS stands 14 inches and its handles are covered by soft comfortable grips.
